<p>
Atlantic Blowers manufactures and designs an assortment of regenerative blowers for various applications like industrial, environmental, instrumentation, and chemical processing applications. Oil-free products of these industries provides with high air pressures or vacuums and have features like compact construction, low acoustical noise, high reliability, and maintenance free long lives.

<p>
Regenerative blowers are mainly used in the photography, recreational and paper industries for various applications like film and ink drying and spa &#038; pool aeration. During the blower operation, air enters the blower and moves centrifugally out of the blower through the rotational force of the blower blades. It is called as regenerative blower because during the process of rotation some of the air passes the blade and moves through the cycle again hence giving the name as a regenerative blower.

<p>
The regenerative blower is a non-positive displacement, high volume, comparable pressure blower. Our regenerative blowers comes in standard design with the features like it consists of an impeller mounted directly on a motor shaft and is rotated at a speed of up to 3,600 RPM. On the periphery of the impeller are a large number of radial blades. The impeller is typically positioned between two end-plates with the blades located with a channel on either side.

Our regenerative blowers are incorporated with the latest up gradation in regenerative blower technology, which includes improved power to performance ratio, lower sound emissions, optional intake or exhaust positions, and reduced weight. These regenerative blowers are ideally used for moving large volumes of air at low pressures. They pressurize air molecules through a non positive displacement method to create vacuum or pressure. It is the most cost effective method for creating pressure or vacuum. The applications of regenerative blower include sewage aeration, concrete aeration, pond aeration, vacuum lifting, vacuum packaging, pneumatic conveying, vacuum tables, drying, dust removal, smoke removal and chip removal.

<p>
Regenerative Blowers comes in two variances, single stage blowers and two staged blowers. In single stage air molecules travel around the blower housing and then it is exhausted while in two staged blower air molecules will make one revolution around the front side of the impeller and then it is channeled to the back side of the impeller through internal porting. Air molecules will then make another revolution around the back side of the impeller and after a second revolution around the blower housing, the air is exhausted. Two staged blowers are capable of creating pressure or vacuum nearly twice as the single stage blowers.

<p>
The biggest advantages of regenerative blowers are its fundamental design. It is maintenance free. The impeller is the only moving part and it does not come in contact with the housing channels and is, therefore, maintenance free. Regenerative blowers are oil less and have no complicated intake or exhaust valving. Furthermore, most blower makes can be mounted in any plane and generate little vibration.

To eliminate impure air from the surrounding blowers are used which replaces contaminated air with fresh and pure air. It provides air and gas movement in ventilation and circulation applications. These blowers are used by various industries like chemical, agriculture, medical, automotive, food processing and construction industries for various purposes like reducing odors and smokes, cooling the atmosphere, processing gaseous fumes, dust control, air combustion, general ventilation and fume exhausting. But these industrial blowers are mostly used for drying and cooling processes.
